Continuing Education Workshop

Annual General Meeting 2013-14
Notice is hereby given for a Continuing Education Workshop cum Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2013-14 to be held on 2 March 2013.
The Workshop will be conducted by Ms. Ng Yee-mei, Nora, Senior Manageress, Aberdeen Kai-fong Welfare Association Social Service Jockey Club Integrated Service Centre, entitled “Relationship between Social Capital and Mentoring”.
Election of the Executive Committee for 2013-14 will be held at the AGM. Copy of the nomination form is enclosed. Please refer to the notes in the nomination form. Nomination forms, duly signed by the proposer, seconder and nominee, shall be sent by email to the Honorary Secretary no later than 27 February 2013, together with a notification in writing from such nominee of his/her willingness to serve on the committee if elected. The original copy of the duly signed nomination form should be presented to AA personnel at the reception desk before the AGM commences. All ordinary members are eligible to vote at the AGM.

1. To receive the Chairperson’s Report
2. To receive the Treasurer’s Report
3. To elect members of the Executive Committee for the term of 2013-14
4. To present certificate of appreciation to Keychen Up Project Mentors
5. To transact any business which the Chairperson considers urgent without
notice thereof being given
