Notice is hereby given for a Forum cum Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026 to be held on 6th June 2026.

Election of the Executive Committee for 2026-27 will be held at the AGM. Copy of the nomination form is
enclosed below. Please refer to the notes in the nomination form. Nomination forms, duly signed by the proposer,
seconder and nominee, shall be sent by email and by post to the Honorary Secretary no later than 29th May
2026, together with a notification in writing from such nominee of his/her willingness to serve on the
committee if elected. All ordinary members are eligible to vote at the AGM.
