Continuing Education Seminar

Annual General Meeting 2014-15
Notice is hereby given for a Continuing Education Seminar cum Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2014-15 to be held on 8 March 2014.
The Seminar will be conducted by Dr. Rico Liu, Founding President of our Alumni Association. He will speak on “Use of Counselling in the Management of Cancer Patients”. Dr. Liu’s biography and a brief on the Seminar are attached.
Election of the Executive Committee for 2014-15 will be held at the AGM. Copy of the nomination form is enclosed. Please refer to the notes in the nomination form. Nomination forms, duly signed by the proposer, seconder and nominee, shall be sent by email to the Honorary Secretary no later than 5 March 2014, together with a notification in writing from such nominee of his/her willingness to serve on the committee if elected. The original copy of the duly signed nomination form should be presented to AA personnel at the reception desk before the AGM commences. All ordinary members are eligible to vote at the AGM.

7:00 pm Dinner at 姫子皇朝, Cyber Port (Car pool will be arranged.)
