Notice is hereby given for a Seminar cum Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2023 to be held on 6 May 2023.

Seminar Target Participants:
– Graduates and Students of Master Programmes in Counselling
– Counsellors, social workers, psychologists and other related professionals are also welcome.
Fee: Seminar free for all. Cost of dinner shared by participants, about $300 per person.

Annual General Meeting
The election of the Executive Committee for 2023-24 will be held at the AGM. Copy of the nomination form is enclosed. Please refer to the notes in the nomination form. Nomination forms, duly signed by the proposer, seconder and nominee, shall be sent by email and by post to the Honorary Secretary no later than 29th April 2023, together with a notification in writing from such nominee of his/her willingness to serve on the committee if elected. All ordinary members are eligible to vote at the AGM.
