Dear Members,
Please be informed that for personal reasons Ms. Vava Kwok has resigned from the post of Chairperson on June 11, 2015. She will, however, stay as a member of the Executive Committee to continue her contribution to AA. The Vice-Chairperson, Ms. Jennie Leung has assumed the office of the Chairperson as of June 11, 2015 according to Article 18 of the AA Constitution:
“The Vice-Chairperson shall assist the Chairperson to direct the business of the Executive Committee. In the absence of the Chairperson, the Vice-Chairperson shall become acting Chairperson. The Vice-Chairperson will automatically assume the office of the Chairperson when it becomes vacant.”
