Adolescent Drug Abuse
Since 2011, as community service, members of the Alumni Association (AA) have participated in a youth mentorship project on a voluntary basis. As support to the alumni mentors, and also as continuing education to all AA members, a series of training on drug abuse will be conducted in three sessions:

Time: 2:30 – 5:30 pm
Venue: The Jockey Club Tower, Centennial Campus, HKU Room 532, 5/F,
Session 1 Understanding drug abuse
Date: 23 March, 2013 (Saturday)
Session 2 Adolescent drug abuse and other related behaviours
Date: 6 April, 2013 (Saturday)
Session 3 Treatment and rehabilitation
Date: 13 April, 2013 (Saturday)
Fee:
$200 for AA members; $400 for non-members (as donation to AA social service)
Maximum number of participants: 20
For registration, please send your name, year of graduation and contact number to hkucounsellingalumni@yahoo.com.hk on or before 16 March, 2013.
Open to AA members and graduates of the HKU Master of Social Sciences (Counselling) program. Registration on a first come first served basis,priority given to AA members.
