Continuing Education Seminar cum Annual General Meeting 2021-22 (7 Aug 2021)

Notice is hereby given for a Seminar cum Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2021-22 to be held on 7 August, 2021.

Programme:

Election of the Executive Committee for 2021-22 will be held at the AGM. Copy of the nomination form is enclosed. Please refer to the notes in the nomination form. Nomination forms, duly signed by the proposer, seconder and nominee, shall be sent by email and by post to the Honorary Secretary no later than 5 August, 2021, together with a notification in writing from such nominee of his/her willingness to serve on the committee if elected. All ordinary members are eligible to vote at the AGM.

Members are cordially invited to attend the Seminar cum AGM. Further details of the seminar and nomination procedures can be found in the two enclosed files to this notice.

Important Note on Zoom Meeting:

1. You must use your FULL NAME registered with AA when you join the Zoom meeting. Participants using nickname or other names that AA personnel cannot verify will not be admitted to the meeting.
2. The AGM will be audio and video recorded for administration purpose. Such recordings will be stored in the Hon. Secretary’s computer hard drive and subsequently to be deleted within 90 days, nor will these be shared with or posted to external parties.
3. If you have networking issues during the meeting, please click on the link to rejoin the meeting. You will be re-admitted after verification of your registration status.
