You are cordially invited to attend the H.K.U. Master of Social Sciences (Counselling) Alumni Association (AA) AGM 2020-21. Due to the threat of COVID-19, the AGM will be held via ZOOM (see Note 1) meeting.

Details of the AA AGM are as follows:

· Time: 9:15 pm – 9:45pm (9:00 pm open for registration)
· Venue: Zoom meeting
AGM Agenda:
1. Confirmation of the Minutes of the AGM 2019-20
2. Receive and adopt the Chairman Report for the year 2019-20
3. Receive and adopt the Treasurer Report for the year 2019-20
4. Election of Executive Committee 2020-21
Please click here for enrollment by 12 July 2020. Your FULL NAME as well as email address registered with AA would be required for registration. You will receive an email with a Zoom meeting ID and password on or before 14 July 2020.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE AGM ZOOM MEETING:
1. You must use your FULL NAME registered with AA’s membership when you join the Zoom meeting. Participants using nickname or other names that AA cannot verify will not be admitted to the meeting.
2. The AGM meeting will be audio and video recorded for administration purpose by the AA (Meeting Host). No Recordings or screenshots of meetings will be shared or posted to external parties.
3. If you have networking issues during the meeting and are temporarily cut off, please click on the link to rejoin the meeting. You will be placed in the meeting room and be re-admitted to the meeting after the Admin’s verification.
