Notice is hereby given for the Continuing Education Seminar cum Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2019-20 to be held on March 30, 2019.
Schedule of events:
Date: March 30, 2019 (Saturday)
Venue: CPD-2.37, Central Podium, Centenary Campus, The University of Hong Kong
Programme:
2:15 – 2:30 pm Registration
2:30 – 4:30 pm Seminar on “Counsellors as the Reincarnation of the Monkey King” – Ms. Peony Chiang (Graduate of 2006)
4:30 – 5:00 pm Refreshment
5:00 – 5:30 pm Annual General Meeting
6:30 – 9:30 pm Dinner at Rome Cafe, Level P3, Graduate House, HKU
Election of the Executive Committee for 2019-20 will be held at the AGM. Please refer to AA email to all members today. Nomination forms, duly signed by the proposer, seconder and nominee, shall be sent by email to the Honorary Secretary no later than March 20, 2019, together with a notification in writing from such nominee of his/her willingness to serve on the committee if elected. The original copy of the duly signed nomination form should be presented to AA personnel at the reception desk before the AGM commences. All ordinary members are eligible to vote at the AGM.

1. Confirmation of the Minutes of the AGM 2018-19
2. Receive and adopt the Chairman Report for the year 2018-19
3. Receive and adopt the Treasurer Report for the year 2018-19
4. Election of Executive Committee 2019-20
