Notice is hereby given for a Seminar cum Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2016-17 to be held on 12 March, 2016.
Schedule of events:
Date: 12 March, 2016 (Saturday)
Venue: CPD – 3.01, Centennial Campus, HKU
Programme:
4:00 – 5:30 pm Seminar on “Emotion-Focused Therapy for Couples”(Guest Speaker: Ms. Natalie Tong)
5:30 – 5:45 pm Refreshment
5:45 – 6:15 pm AGM
7:00 – 9:30 pm Dinner at Victoria Harbour Restaurant, The Westwood.
Election of the Executive Committee for 2016-17 will be held at the AGM. Copy of the nomination form is enclosed. Please refer to the notes in the nomination form. Nomination forms, duly signed by the proposer, seconder and nominee, shall be sent by email to the Honorary Secretary no later than 9 March, 2016, together with a notification in writing from such nominee of his/her willingness to serve on the committee if elected. The original copy of the duly signed nomination form should be presented to AA personnel at the reception desk before the AGM commences. All ordinary members are eligible to vote at the AGM.
